The most obvious answer would be: with native speakers! Not necessarily native speakers, but preferably, yes. If you have any friends who have foreign friends, you can ask them to introduce you to them and communicate with them. And of course - with an online tutor ;) Or with a close friend who speaks English and doesn't mind practicing with you. There are many ways, just try! :)
